There is a bit of all, some raised hands but also a lot of acceptance. Is also very important how we share the importance of this reskilling.
As humans we mostly care about ourselves so the message needs to be focus on what will they get from it.
Every one has different motivations, but there are quite a few answers to questions that can motivate people. Can they get a higher paying job? Will they have more job security? Will it be easier for them to find another job? Will they stop feeling stuck on their growth?
